The Theory of happily ever after
 By Kristin Billerbeck

According to Dr. Maggie McGuire, happiness is serious --
Serious science, But science can't always account for life's anomalies, like why her fiance dumped her for a silk-scarf Acrobat and how the breakup sent Maggie spiraling into an extended ice cream-fueled Chick flick binge .
Concerned that she might never pull herself out of the nosedive, Maggie's friends book her as a speaker on a "New Year, New You" cruise in the Gulf of Mexico. Maggie wonders if she's qualified to teach others about happiness when she can't muster up any for herself . But when a handsome stranger on board insists that smart women can't ever be happy, Maggie sets out to prove him wong. Along the way she may discover that happiness has far less to do with the head than the heart.

                    ------------likes--------
I liked the idea of her friends trying to get her out of the eating ice cream and Chick flick binge.  I felt they were helpful in ways and not in others which I will mention in the dislikes section .

                          -------dislike--------
When Maggie got on the boat talking to the stranger I feel her friends should have backed off and let Maggie talk with the guy instead of meddling in her business . I feel a little that Maggie's friends did it for there own satisfaction.

I rate this book 3 out of 5 stars.

My life (a little about me)

I know I haven't blogged in awhile ,since the last blog I have been trying to get my mental illnesses under control by going to group therapy and going to see my therapist and psychiatrist. I'm doing better now Im back on my medications and  going in the right direction to recovery.  I will be posting on my blog more often. I actually miss blogging. I love to read as a coping skill to my illnesses as a way to escape in a sense.  With this being said I'm going to go start reading so I can blog my reviews. Thank you for your time.

My first review that I'm going to do is on Roadside Assistance by Amy Clipston.

5 stars all the way
My reasoning for 5 stars is that I feel this book was well written, well thought out of how to intertwine Amish people and English people without any judgments.  Indeed we are different in culture.

I was given this book by Revell Publishing Company. I was not compensated in any other way. This is in my own words and I highly recommend this book.
